Do you approve Business Document Naming and Design Rules Version 1.0 [1] as a Committee Specification?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 8 voting members. In order to pass, at least 5 members have to vote Yes and no more than 2 members may vote No.

Note that the only changes made to the last publicly reviewed draft of the specification are cover-page changes under the control of TC Administration. For that reason, approval with Non-Material Changes is not required.

UPDATE 10 MARCH 2016 by Chet Ensign, OASIS TC Admin: I declare this ballot to be invalid. After the ballot closed, I realized that this is not the existing Naming and Design Rules specification with a different title but rather this is a new work product. Therefore it cannot be approved as a CS until it has been through at least one public review.
