Updated charter document as part of the TC Vitality check process. The changes are as described in email to the list with additional new sections that are now required in charter but were missing in ours because of its age :-)

For the ISO submission we needed the figures of the core spec in an editable format. Attached they are in Impress (ODF presentation) format. If you find any errors, please upload a corrected version.

(He no longer works for Axway.) This makes the roster 6 voting members. In order to pass, at least 4 must vote in favor and no more than 2 may vote against.
