Approve submitting AS4 Profile of ebMS 3.0 Version 1.0 OASIS Standard to ISO

Do you ratify and confirm the TC's vote to submit AS4 Profile of ebMS 3.0 Version 1.0 OASIS Standard [1] to ISO TC 154 and send the request to the OASIS Board President?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 7 voting members. In order to pass, at least 5 (2/3x 7) members have to vote Yes and no more than 1 (1/4 x 7) members may vote No.

Amendment Posted on Monday, 7 July 2014:
I removed Dale Moberg from the list of eligible voters as he was not eligible at the time it was created. (He no longer works for Axway.) This makes the roster 6 voting members. In order to pass, at least 4 must vote in favor and no more than 2 may vote against.
