Should JADN V1.0 CSD02 become a Committee Specification

Do members of the Open Command and Control (OpenC2) TC approve Specification for JSON Abstract Data Notation (JADN) Version 1.0 CSD02 [1] as a Committee Specification?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 18 voting members. In order to pass, at least 12 members have to vote Yes and no more than 4 members may vote No.
