Do members of the eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML) TC approve XACML v3.0 Core and Hierarchical Role Based Access Control (RBAC) Profile v1.0 CSPRD04 [1] as a Committee Specification?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 10 voting members. In order to pass, at least 7 members have to vote Yes and no more than 2 members may vote No.
