Do you approve PKCS #11 Specification Version 3.1 with Non-Material Changes as a Committee Specification?
Note: This is a revote of ballot https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=3716 which closed on July 14, 2022. The files approved in that vote did not include all the components of the specification. Please vote on the corrected package as indicated below
PKCS #11 Specification Version 3.1 [1] has Non-Material Changes since the work's last public review [2].
This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [3]. The TC roster currently lists 9 voting members. In order to pass, at least 6 members have to vote Yes and no more than 2 members may vote No.
