Do members of the Web Services Calendar (WS-Calendar) TC approve the clarified charter [1] as presented below?
This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 7 voting members. In order to pass, at least 5 members will have to vote Yes and no more than 2 members may vote No.
