Do members of the OASIS Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) TC approve submitting MQTT V3.1.1 OASIS Standard to ISO/IEC JTC1?

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 20 voting members. In order to pass, at least 14 members have to vote Yes and no more than 5 members may vote No.
