Common Security Advisory Framework Version 2.0 [1] has Non-Material Changes since the work's last public review [2].

Chair Omar Santos notified me that J. Bitle from Kaiser should not be listed as a voting member. Removed their entry from the voter list. This reduces count to 16 voting members so new threshold is 11 votes to pass.
