Do you approve KMIP Specification v1.4 CSD02 [1] with Non-Material Changes [2] as a Committee Specification?
This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [3]. The TC roster currently lists 25 voting members. In order to pass, at least 17 members (2/3 * 25) have to vote Yes and no more than 6 members (1/4 * 25) may vote No.
